I spent September 13–15 in Hong Kong for the ADF Rising Stars Women in Engineering Workshop at HKUST—a chance to share my work and connect with women building careers in engineering and academia.

I presented my research on human–agent collaboration under incomplete information: how agents can better understand human intent, communicate, and plan together. Beyond the presentations, I appreciated the chance to sit down with fellow researchers and faculty, talk about academic careers, and get to know one another over meals and between sessions.
